• BAND REGISTRATION IS OFFICIALLY OPEN! •

• Once band registration closes, the next step will be choosing the band lineup to determine the performance schedule for BOTB
• On , the official 2025 BOTB lineup will be announced after we input all band names into the WHEEL OF NAMES.

• Starting with the Rising Stars category, we’ll spin the wheel once per band to determine the performance order for that category. From there, we’ll move on to the Legends in the Making category and complete the same process until the official lineup is finalized in entirety. 
• *We implemented this process to ensure the lineup is chosen at random and as fairly as possible*

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

• Winners of the RISING STARS category will be announced mid-event (official timeline for that day will be posted before 3/13) 
• Winners of the LEGENDS IN THE MAKING category will be announced AT THE END of the competition
• ALL BANDS & BAND MEMBERS MUST BE PRESENT FOR THEIR CATEGORY'S ANNOUNCEMENTS!

DISCLAIMER

• If the winning band in either category IS NOT PRESENT to hear the announcement, then they may face disqualification
• If the BOTB Director confirms that notice was not provided before they left the event, then they reserve the right to disqualify the first place winner from the competition and award the title to the first runner up instead
• If this occurs, an official announcement will be made and the next band be named the winner instead
